Westhaven Achieves 90% Customer Satisfaction Rating

Annual survey reveals exceptionally high satisfaction at Winnipeg Senior Community

Westhaven, a senior living community, earned a 90% score on their annual customer satisfaction survey last month. Management and housekeeping, as well as safety, received the highest marks on the 35-question survey.


“The Westhaven is situated in a beautiful setting with full apartments that are great,” says resident Winnie M. “But the best feature is the wonderful, caring, hardworking and fun staff that work here!”


The survey gathers ratings and open-ended responses on a variety of community functions, including billing, Engage Life, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, management, security and transportation. Survey responses are confidential and anonymous to encourage honest feedback.


“We value our residents and their opinions, which is why this survey is such an important part of community operations,” says Kristy Grange, President, Atria Retirement Canada. “This year we saw significant increases in scores throughout the portfolio, demonstrating our commitment to not just listen to resident feedback but to identify opportunities to improve and put them into action.”
